South America's national cocktail – citrus, foam, and grape brandy
🍇 Peruvian PrideBoth Peru and Chile claim the Pisco Sour. Victor Morris, an American bartender in Lima, popularized it in the 1920s. Peru has a national holiday for it (first Saturday of February).
Peruvian pisco is unaged and pot-distilled (Quebranta grape is classic). Chilean pisco can be aged. Both work, but they create different drinks – try both!
